Cliff Coffee is a New Mexico-inspired coffee shop in East Plano's Assembly Park, a corner of town that's still filling in, which is exactly why we picked it.
From day to night
Two shops in one room.
The day here runs its own arc. Espresso and breakfast tacos when the doors open, pastries holding the middle, wraps and salads after 11am. Then the light changes and so do we: hand-scooped ice cream, floats, and a short list of beer and wine, all the way to 9.
Made with friends up the road

Lemma Coffee, Lewisville
Every espresso shot and every drip pour starts with Lemma Coffee, a roaster half an hour up the road in Lewisville, Texas. That one relationship is the backbone of the menu. We'd rather pull one roaster's coffee well than rotate names for the sake of a chalkboard.
Tongue In Cheek Ice Cream
The night side of the counter belongs to Tongue In Cheek Ice Cream, who make the small-batch scoops we hand-dip until close. Regulars have favorites, and the case stays stocked with them.
East Plano
Something new for the neighborhood.
East Plano is on the come up, and we want to be part of what it becomes — a room with some color to it, a patio that fills up, one more reason for the neighborhood to gather.
