Breakfast here is not a pastry case with ambitions.

There is a real kitchen behind this menu, and it makes 10 different breakfast items, every one of them served all day. Nothing on it costs more than $8. If you have only ever had the breakfast tacos, you have been ordering from about a third of what we make.

Every other burrito picks one filling. This one takes all three, for $0.50 more than the single-meat ones.

A full kitchen, not a coffee counter

Every breakfast item on this menu is made fresh in the full kitchen at Assembly Icehouse, our sister restaurant in the same building here in East Plano.

Breakfast tacos, burritos, a sandwich on sourdough, avocado toast and a parfait, all day, from $5, with wraps and a salad after 11am.
